This class is for women during pregnancy and in preparation of pregnancy. Whether you are already pregnant, preparing for pregnancy or going through fertility treatment, this class is for you.

Join this community of women to support and encourage one another. Each class includes poses that bring balance and alignment to the pelvis, hips and spine with the intention of encouraging your baby into a more optimal birthing position so you may have a more functional, less complicated birth and/or preparing your body for pregnancy.
Pairing prenatal yoga with childbirth education and partner birthing yoga is recommended!
In this course, mom and partners of their choice will learn optimal positioning throughout each stage of labor. We will also discuss and practice pain coping techniques through movement, breath work and meditation while connecting with partner and baby. These classes will encourage mom and birth partner to feel safe, empowered, secure and confident throughout their birthing journey. Support partners will leave this workshop feeling empowered and confident that they can support mom through labor.
$100 per couple
The benefits of postnatal yoga are:
Moms are welcome to join postnatal yoga after first check up with physician or midwife. We want to keep moms safe. Light stretching before then is recommended.
